Decking installers in Scotland
Scotland's permitted development rules for decking differ from England's, including a 50 cm height limit, and tenement flats have no such rights at all. Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee suburbs have sloping clay gardens where raised decks are common; Aberdeen and Inverness add a cold, wet, salty climate that punishes softwood, so composite and hardwood dominate.
